ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

The purchase of products from It's Berry Necessary is limited only to parties who can enter into and form contracts in accordance with Australian law.

Customers must provide their real name, phone number, email address, postal address and other requested information. When providing details, customers must warrant that the payment details provided are theirs and are both valid and correct.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Australian cheque or direct deposit to our bank account.

If the stock is not currently available we will not process your credit card until it is available. In the event of an item being out of stock you are entitled to choose either to wait until it arrives back in stock, or to cancel your order. If an item you order should be out of stock we will advise you as soon as possible.

All payments must be received and authorised before shipment.

The credit card you are using must be yours and it will be subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

EXHANGE POLICY

Please choose carefully. We are happy to exchange within 2 weeks of purchase but do not refund for incorrect choice. A credit note can be issued that is valid for 6 months.

All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing with tags attached and be in an unused condition. We will not accept returns on goods that have been used, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse. Return postage is your responsibility. Any items that you choose to send untraceable and uninsured that are not received by us are deemed unsent by you.

In the interests of hygiene we do not accept returns of pierced jewellery unless faulty. If you should receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within seven days. We will not process claims for goods received as faulty after this period of time.

POSTAGE AND HANDLING

We try to get your order posted within 2 business days of receiving it. If there are any changes to your order please phone us within 24 hours on Ph: 02 4464 3177 (leave a message if necessary), as we will not be able to change or cancel your order if it has already been posted.

We will gladly ship anywhere in the world. All postage costs on this site are for Australian locations, but please contact us and we can provide you with an exact postage cost prior to you placing the order.

PRIVACY

Your privacy is important and personal details will not be provided to third parties. Your personal details will be kept on a private database for It's Berry Necessary use only.

When you make an online purchase from It's Berry Necessary, we use your information to process your order. Or if we have any questions regarding your order we may email or phone you. In addition, you will automatically be signed up to receive email updates about our products and promotions.
